During 2010 BG PLAST IMPIANTI srl took over all the assets, in terms of brand technology and know how, of the old BG Plast, which was founded in 1987. This has occurred as a result of agreements reached with the German CKA GmbH (www.cka-plastic.com), that could aggregate in its Group an established brand in the world, just as BG Plast, specialized in the technologies for the extrusion of thermoplastics sheet and foils.
