The BG Plast method is rooted in the experience we have gained since 1987 in the manufacture of plastic extrusion machines and is developed through a structured, collaborative and verifiable process.
Concept and design of extrusion equipment
Each extrusion line takes shape through a careful analysis of the customer’s production needs. The concept begins with observation of the process and an understanding of the application specifics: materials to be processed, required productivity, system configuration and performance goals.
This initial consultation phase is followed by technical development and the definition of the design structure. Thanks to the use of calculation and CAD software, the extrusion plant design is custom-built and optimized for sheets, foils and specific applications of the thermoplastic extrusion process.
The design focuses on advanced, reliable and up-to-date solutions, with particular attention to the integration of various components to ensure finished products of the highest quality, which are constantly refined.
Customer focus and technical consulting
Customer focus is an essential element of our approach. Interpersonal sensitivity, active listening and communication skills, combined with technical expertise, enable us to develop solutions that are truly aligned with production needs. Manufacture and testing of extrusion lines
The manufacturing phase takes place at our production facility, where each plastic extrusion machine is assembled and tested with the utmost care. Before final shipment, the customer has the opportunity to observe the line’s testing to directly verify the equipment’s performance.
In this way, we can guarantee full control of the process and professional installation, carried out by qualified personnel who are constantly updated on thermoplastic sheet and foil extrusion technologies.
Technical and after-sales support
BG Plast’s work does not end with the commissioning of the system. We offer a structured support and after-sales service tailored to provide ongoing production continuity and long-term support, as well as to address the needs and requirements of our customers who have begun using our systems.
Our technicians support the customer from the commissioning phase through to the daily operation of the extrusion lines: prompt service, dedicated spare parts and even remote assistance, to ensure reliable performance and operational reliability.
