It is with satisfaction and pride that we wish to inform our customers all over the world that yesterday, April 22th 2020, in our plant in Marnate, we have successfully tested a big complete extrusion line for the production of coextruded HDPE / PP sheets.
At the last K-show, we had signed a contract with SAPT customer of Nizhni Novgorod, Russia, with a commitment to make the plant available to the customer by the end of May 2020.
Despite the serious situation caused by COVID19, we have managed to finish the machine more than a month in advance! This gives us a huge sense of satisfaction and pride, especially under the current circumstances!
The line successfully produces HDPE / PP coextruded sheets with a useful width of 2000mm and a thickness of 20mm, at a production rate of 700 Kg/h.
After eight hours of production demonstration via live streaming, SAPT customer (who has already 2 other similar lines, supplied by BG Plast in 2016 and 2018), have declared that they are completely satisfied, signing the final acceptance certificate (F.A.T.)!
With equal satisfaction and pride we take also this opportunity to inform you that D.W.F., a branch of Q.B.C. (Qatar Building Company) of Doha has confirmed the order for the supply of a line for geomembranes of 7500 mm in HDPE last week!
