A big contract was signed with the Technonicol group of Moscow for the supply of two extrusion lines for DIMPLED SHEET MEMBRANE with and without geotextile coupling for final width of 2000 mm and 4000 mm. The two lines, that will produce 600 kg/h and 1500 kg/h with extruders with diameters 120 mm and 160 mm respectively, will be placed in two strategic factories of the group. The high technological level is guaranteed thanks to the thorough design, starting from the dosing units up to the automatic palletizing system for finished rolls with anthropomorphic robot. The final product is a dimpled sheet membrane with weight between 400 and 850 g/m2. Our customer will be able to decide whether or not to provide the coupling with the geotextile.
