PP structural bubble panels SAGEC
SAGEC is an innovative patented Extrusion System, suitable to produce multilayer bubble boards in thermoplastic materials having the inner core layer made of a three-dimensional construction (available on request in different geometries).
The innovative solution consists in producing the boards in one shot through a new concept of BG Plast calendering system!
Thickness range from 4 mm to 12 mm
Net width 1300 mm and 2000 mm
Production range from 300 to 1000 kg/h
The boards produced with SAGEC system will have the following features:

In our company laboratory, we have a technological advanced SAGEC prototype for the study of new geometries, in addition to those already known.
Our Research & Development section is available to all those who need to study the technical feasibility of new, increasingly resistant sheets & foils, through the analysis and verification of the characteristics of the final product to be placed on the world market.
Developing a new geometry is an exciting and challenging undertaking for us.
